Resolving Disputes

Unfortunately disputes arise – between original founders, shareholders, family owners, managers and staff.  We will seek to understand the issues, advise on an appropriate course of action, and work with you to resolve the dispute.  This may involve investigating the circumstances, hearing a grievance or appeal, arbitrating or conciliating/mediating between the two parties.

We have formally trained mediators and lots of experience in providing the long-term, permanent resolution of problems between individuals.  The costs of this is a fraction of any legal proceedings and aims to leave all parties satisfied with the outcome.
