
Stephen has worked in human resources and management development all his working life. Initially he worked for 5 years in international telecommunications before 12 years across three professional service firms. Whilst working in these national, multi-site firms he sat on management boards dealing with the creation and implementation of the people strategy, integration issues post-merger, talent management strategies and the range of HR issues that occur in large organisations.
Since leaving the corporate world, Stephen has worked with a range of organisations in the UK, Europe and the Middle East mainly in the SME sector but also in the corporate, public and not-for-profit sectors. Stephen focuses on individual and team assessment, recruitment, executive and leadership coaching, organisational change, whilst also providing an outsourced HR service to a range of SME clients.
