
Hilary's background in the corporate world spanned 20+ years in the IT industry where she had a variety of roles. These roles covered technical and marketing support, sales and sales management, operations and operational Directorships before becoming HR Director with responsibility for managing a merger. Since leaving the corporate world, Hilary has worked with organisations of all sizes from SME's to global entities supporting them initially with HR support services and, more recently, in a coaching, mentoring and training capacity.
Hilary is a professionally qualified coach and coach supervisor and provides executive and leadership coaching. She specialises in working with managers and leaders at all levels to enhance their management and communication skills. She is qualified in a number of psychometric tools including Baron-EQI; the SDI; Verax; and the Criterion Partnership set of tools, which provide valuable feedback and help create new insights for individuals in their behaviours and skills. She designs specific training programmes to meet a company's desired outcomes.
