Privacy policy

The Human Resource Centre (HRC) holds your personal data in accordance with the security provisions of the Data Protection legislation and will only use your information for the purposes stated and for which you have given us your consent. All our advisers and associates, who may have access to, and are associated with, the processing of personal data, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of our clients' personal data.  In particular:

 

  • we will only collect, store or use your personal information for specific purposes;

  • we use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, and to carry out assignments for which you have contracted us, eg representing you at Employment Tribunal;

  • we do not sell your personal information; 

  • we will not give your email address to third parties without your knowledge and agreement;

At any time you may contact HRC with any questions or concerns you may have with respect to the personal data that HRC holds about you and request, as appropriate, correction or deletion.

We have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from:

  • unauthorised access

  • improper use or disclosure

  • unauthorised modification

  • unlawful destruction or accidental loss.

We will not disclose your personal data to government institutions, local authorities or any other body except if required by law or other regulation.
