Recruitment and retention

Whereas we offer a full service recruitment offer from advertising to interviewing, our experience with mid-sized businesses is that they either want to review their recruitment process because recruits aren't quite hitting the mark or they are looking for effective, lower cost recruiters used to dealing with the SME market and who understand the subtleties of working in a midsize business.  Where there is the need to hire larger numbers of similar staff eg in sales, we design assessment centres to measure the specific criteria you are looking for in your business.

There may be certain roles in your business that suffer higher than average turnover or there is a sense that general staff turnover is higher than it should be.  Through rigourously analysing job purpose, pay, objective setting, relationships, and opportunities for growth we identify areas for improvement that create alignment between individuals and the organisation.  Coaching can be an appropriate tool where someone has plateaued and needs space to understand what to do next and reconnect with the organisation.
