
At an individual level we provide one2one executive, leadership and business coaching to MDs and key staff to support increased levels of performance and sustainable capability.
One way we can work with you is to understand the core competencies against which managers can be developed, and support you to define those which you aand your team wish to enhance and develop, setting measureable success criteria. This involves a more strategic view in the development of your business to identify the behaviours required. For example, in the context of your business, this might mean defining what it means to be a leader, to be more customer focused or to be more commercially aware. By defining these behaviours it enables more effective initial recruitment and subsequent performance management to take place.
Examples where we have been coaching individuals have been around: re-calibrating an MDs focus on business priorities; supporting MD's, managers and executives to find, create and articulate their vision for the business; improving the performance of a business function; improving personal effectiveness; supporting career transitions and developing skills around leading change.
Mentoring is often a key element of business and personal development. We work with leaders and managers to develop their mentoring skills within the business and we in turn can mentor those leaders and managers.
The benefits found by businesses which have participated in coaching and mentoring programmes have been increased motivation and performance, and, in one case, the client landed the largest project in the company's history.
