To assess individual or team effectiveness, we start by exploring the requirements of the role and its' context within the organisation. We then establish the gap between desired and current performance, which keeps objective assessment business focused.
We use a range of robust market leading tools to assess: personality, verbal and numerical critical reasoning, emotional intelligence, motivation, strengths, and style preferences. Where required these can be aggregated up to look at team effectiveness. We also use off the shelf and bespoke 360 degree tools as a means of feedback on individuals and these can be consolidated to assess capabilities across an organisation.
Our approach has been used with clients where, for example they have wanted to improve their general recruitment process or specifically with a key appointment; when assessing team effectiveness where a new GM has been appointed; or when resolving conflict between senior managers. It is also frequently used when assessing organisational capability ahead of change or, when coaching seems the correct course to support an individual's development.
In the SME market some of our recent clients who have used these tools include Perry Slingsby Systems Ltd and the London branch of a Middle Eastern Bank.
