Mid Size Business

You probably have the HR platform in place.  Your business is growing but you have a feeling that something needs to change.  Maybe the market is changing, or there is an acquisition opportunity and you need to prepare for that, or there is a feeling that what worked for the business in the past is not quite working now – a company mindset to think bigger or new skills are needed.
