About The HRC

The Human Resource Centre was established in 2006 to provide an outsourced HR service to the SME business community. This might mean anything from telephone advice to project work to a retained service - depending on your requirements and budget.

We define small businesses and medium-sized businesses on the convention of the number of employees.

Our research and experience tells us that the needs of the two sectors are both the same (the law doesn't change) and different (the mid-size company 'system' can be more complex).  We invite you to explore the site to understand how we can help your business operate and expand.
